SorryIForgot.com is an online address book in which you can maintain your contact list. It is accessible from any computer via the Internet, and provides you with ability to pre-select and send gifts on pre-defined dates to anyone in your address book.

What dates can I select?
SorryIForgot.com lets you select birthdays, anniversaries and all major religious and business holidays. In addition, there are several blank dates that you may fill in and use for any occasion.

What does Sorryiforgot.com do?
We provide an address book that is available from any computer that has internet access.  With your address book comes the ability to send, pre-select gifts on the dates you choose, in the Amount you select, and with a card you previously filled out.

How does it work?
Through an easy-to-use graphical interface, you can enter in the names and addresses of friends, family and associates, and pre-select gifts for them from a drop-down menu. You can then specify when the gifts are to be received. When the date approaches, the staff at SorryIForgot.com orders and sends the gift based on your pre-defined specifications, such as type of gift and price range. You also have the option to fill out and enclose a greeting card. Once the gift is sent, we send you an email letting you know. The cost of the gift and shipping is charged to your credit card.

How is this different from a reminder service?
Although a reminder service helps you remember the date, it doesn’t eliminate the time-consuming task of shopping and ordering. A reminder service requires that you receive the email, and then spend time looking for and selecting gifts. Each time a date comes up, you have to respond the reminder, spend time filling out shipping information and choosing gifts. By contrast, SorryIForgot.com only requires you to fill in the information for all your friends, family and associates once, all in one sitting, and it takes care of the rest throughout the year. If you’re out of town or busy at work, for example, it doesn’t matter. The gift is still sent.

How do I start?
Simply go to the home page and click on the “Create your account” button. Fill in all of your personal and credit card information (only if you plan on using us to send gifts for you). Read the area the bottom of the page, and if you agree, place a check mark in the box. You will than be taken to your personal page. From here, click the “Add contact” link. Fill in the requested information and click the “Submit” button. Then, you’ll be shown a list of holidays and dates for which you can send gifts. Choose all or as many as you like, select the price range for each gift and occasion, fill in the card and click on “Submit.” You will than see your personal page with that contact listed on the right.  On the dates you've selected, that person will receive the gift you specified.

Will my Gifts look like the picture?
Due to the uniqueness of flowers and the artistic creations by our floral designers, the appearance of gifts will vary. Time of year and availability in your area may cause the gift basket or flower arrangement to be slightly different.

How much does your service cost?
The address book function is available free of charge. In addition, our gift items are typically less expensive that those available through some of the major national floral services.

Will my contacts know I use Sorryiforgot.com?
We understand that part of our service is privacy.  The only person who will know you use SorryIForgot.com is you. However, any email you receive from SorryIForgot.com will have the SorryIForgot.com return address, so spouses should use a separate email address.

What about security?
SorryIForgot.com employs 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your information is protected. SSL is the same encryption technology used by major banks. A closed lock icon at the bottom of your screen signifies your information is encrypted and secure.

How will you contact me?
We will contact you only by e-mail unless you contact us, and ask one of our customer service reps. to call you. If you have a shared e-mail account with your spouse, you will need a separate account, as all e-mails will have the Sorryiforgot.com return address.

How am I billed?
To purchase the gifts, we will need your credit card information. J. A. Smith Enterprises, the parent company of SorryIForgot.com, will appear on your credit card statement. For example, you will receive an email stating that we sent your mother one dozen red roses, that the card read "Happy Birthday, Mom, Love John," and that $34.95 was charged to your Visa card.

How often will I receive information from Sorryiforgot.com?
Apart from courtesy emails letting you know we’ve sent your gifts, we will send just one yearly e-mail to remind you to update your gift recipients’ information. Additionally, we may need to contact you if your credit card is declined.

How do I quit using Sorryiforgot.com?
We can't think of any reason you would not be completely satisfied with your experience with SorryIForgot.com. However, if you choose to discontinue the service, simply send us an e-mail stating that you no longer wish to use the service. Your information will be deleted immediately from our files.
